By 6:00 a.m., the fruit seller across the cobbled street from the Manzos' third-floor walk-up has already arranged half of his display. Living in the heart of Palermo Sicily's ancient Capo Market, the family is constantly enveloped in the cry and clamor of commerce; and, recently, the clatter of restoration work (scaffolding at the end of street around market gates).
