Fast food in Manila runs the gamut from American fast food stores to home grown varieties such as Jollibee, and the take-away chain Kiss, King of Balls, owned by a Manila businessman. Kikiam balls are ground pork and vegetables wrapped in sheets of bean curd; gulaman balls are sea weed gelatin. Squid and crab balls are composed of what the name implies. Over 250 shops are operated nationwide, and the company is expanding into other markets. Manila, Philippines.
