(MODEL RELEASED IMAGE). The Breidjing Refugee Camp, Eastern Chad on the Sudanese border shelters 30,000 people who have fled their homes in Darfur, Sudan. Food is distributed free of charge by the United Nations WFP (World Food Program). Here 12 year old Acha Aboubakar prepares to take her family's (her mother is a widow and she has 4 brothers and sisters) ration of grain ground into meal at a portable diesel powered mill operated by a local entrepreneur who is paid with a small percentage of the grain.
